The Big Wedding!

So, I'm sitting at home with two tuckered out kids, waiting for Paul to get home from cleaning up and I have a new sister-in-law! Jared and Allison's wedding was tonight and it was so beautiful! I cannot express how perfect the ceremony was - they have had Christ at the center of their relationship since day one and it was a most beautiful representation that. And the reception! What I should have done was take a picture of the passed out flower girl on the way home! It was a huge, blowout dance party! So much fun! I was the wedding coordinator as well, so I didn't have enough free hands to take more picutres - I'm going to have to steal from cameras tomorrow! I'll post more - especially of the beautiful bride! But here is Emma, the boys and I for now!

Big Boy!

Seriously, you cannot keep Gabe out of the bathroom - it is one of his favorite places! But I thought this picture made him look so big!

...and then, there's Gabe

This kid is 100% crazy, all-out, tough with all the face cuts and bruises to prove it! This picture pretty much sums up our day with Gabe around here. He crawls everywhere (he's made it almost to the top of the steps in the few minutes I turn my back), puts absolutely everything in his mouth (his preference would be another baby!) and then growls at you when you try to take it away or move him! He is still such a mellow kid, personality-wise, but that's the absolute only thing mellow about him. Can't hardly believe he's almost 1!!!

Summer Painting Fun!

Last week on Friday, Emma and her bestest buddies got to paint each other in Jaeda's backyard. Lex got out brushes and washable paint and they ran around in their swimsuit bottoms painting each other! What fun! Hey and clean up was a breeze, we just had them run through the sprinkler! Emma especially enjoyed it! Who'd of thought that at 18 months, this girl was deathly afraid of finger paints because they were too messy?!?!
